Comercial Contract Lawyer with Languages

For our Client, a fast-growing international company, we are currently looking for lawyers or people with legal background specializing in contract management who speak English and one of the European Language ( such as French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch).

Your responsibilities:

  • summarising commercial contracts such as Master Services and Licencing Agreements, Research and Development Agreements
  • assessing and mitigating contract risks.
  • overseeing the contract process from draft to completion.
  • negotiating contract clauses for compliance.
  • collaborating with stakeholders to finalise contracts.

Employer requirements:

  • minimum 3 years of experience,
  • university degree in Law
  • professional working knowledge of English and one of the following: Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Italian
  • understanding the commercial & legal implications of contract clauses,
  • proficiency in drawing up and suggesting alternate to contractual clauses
