We're looking for an experienced Interim HR Manager who will join our client - company located close to Poznan.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws.
Provide guidance and support to board of directors, managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, experience in change management.
Strong knowledge of Polish labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience with HR software and tools.
Fluency in English.
