We are currently looking for Candidates interested in the position of Strategic Sourcing Specialist with French in newly created Procurement Departament. Our Client is the international company, a leader in its sector. This position is located in Warsaw.

The purpose of this role will be to carry out procurement activities for all indirect categories for French speaking countries with the objective of optimizing supply and generating a contribution to operating profit while taking into account optimization of the total cost of ownership. In this role the candidate will be responsible for preparing and conducting contract and price negotiations within indirect categories to contribute to the profitability of the company. The person will also ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of materials and services. The candidate will monitor the national and international market to bring in new suppliers into the portfolio.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and around 4-5 years of hands on related experience in procurement within indirect categories are required. The successful candidate will have a few years proven experience in a Purchasing role and will demonstrate purchasing/ procurement competence and successful negotiation skills within indirect categories on an international scale. Our Client expects international experience of working with cross functional teams, excellent communication as well as stakeholder management skills and focus on delivering results. Fluency in English and French is a must.
