For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Python Developer

Location: Warsaw, Poznań, Lublin
Model work: Hybrid from office Warsaw or Poznań or Lublin
Branch: telecommunications and IT services industry
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Rate: up to 150 PLN/h net (senior)
up to 130 PLN/h net (mid)
Start date: ASAP / 1 month notice period

Tech stack:
Python, Docker, FastAPI, SQL/RDBMS Experience - PostgreSQL used on project, Jenkins


Nice to have:
Azure, Pandas, Prompt Engineering experience (preferably knowing langchain), Kubernetes

Main Tasks
● Purely BE Development - Building frameworks around AI agents in Azure. Currently they're struggling with performance issues on the chat bots, and need the python developers with knowledge on the python frameworks, SQL, and general knowledge of LLMs and how to treat them (prompt engineering)

Project Technology
● Python
● Docker - the BEnder is supposed to know how to operate Docker, so that he can perform basic operations on the containers (such as building the images, pushing them, launching containers etc.),
● FastApi - The project currently has some legacy Django code, but also FastApi, so the person should know how to operate on the API Endpoints,
● Postgres - Currently used on the project, ALTHOUGH, only the SQL knowledge is needed (aka, if the person has worked with Oracle, or any other RDBMS, it is fine)
● Azure - the knowledge is not required from the Developer, as Azure is only holding the containers, that are to be pushed with Docker
● Kubernetes - no previous knowledge needed, although, nice to have
● Jenkins
● LLM/Prompt Engineering knowledge - it is a necessity, as this will be used for the optimizations. LangChain knowledge is an additional plus (usually learnt when people are learning the Prompt Engineering).
● Pandas - basic operations on the data that will be passed through (templates will be ingested as a dataframes)
