Provide information and resolution to issues pertaining to calls and emails and provide high-quality and exceptional customer service in HR areas
Perform HR data entry into Workday and resolves Service Now tickets
Maintain documentation policy, company practices, and procedures, create process maps
Perform tasks as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications and skills (mandatory):
English - B2
German - B2
3-12 months of experience in Customer Service / HR services / Administration
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Nice to have (optional):
SAP or Workday experience
Microsoft Office skills
