HR Assistant with German

HR, German, English, SAP
Responsibilities:
  • Provide information and resolution to issues pertaining to calls and emails and provide high-quality and exceptional customer service in HR areas
  • Perform HR data entry into Workday and resolves Service Now tickets
  • Maintain documentation policy, company practices, and procedures, create process maps
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Manager


Qualifications and skills (mandatory):
  • English - B2
  • German - B2
  • 3-12 months of experience in Customer Service / HR services / Administration
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills


Nice to have (optional):
  • SAP or Workday experience
  • Microsoft Office skills
