Currently, for our clients, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Technical Product Manager GenAI

Remote work: hybrid (3 days remote, 2 on-site)
Rate: 185 net/h + vat
Contract type: B2B contract through Hays Poland
Working hours: standard
Languages: Polish – Fluent; English - Advanced




Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of high-quality requirement roadmaps based on Enterprise Chat strategy, goals, and vision.
  • Manage prioritisation, improvements, and trade-offs based on experience, user feedback, scope, technical feasibility, and time to market.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis of data to identify enhancement opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and business representatives for backlog planning and development.
  • Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver solutions.
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to meet business, financial, and technical goals.
  • Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs and business requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience through collaboration.
  • Gather and analyse user feedback and performance data to continuously improve user experience and engagement.
  • Own and manage the backlog, ensuring readiness for upcoming sprints.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders.
  • Define and analyse metrics to measure and benchmark solution success.
  • Drive product launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimise processes for best-in-class software systems.
  • Provide leadership, technology guidance, and mentorship.
  • Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and encourage experimentation with new technologies and solutions.

What we expect:

  • Experience with chatbot deployment in enterprise settings or large-scale applications
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, and chatbot development technologies
  • Understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures
  • 5+ years of experience working as Techno-functional Lead/Design lead/Solution lead/Technical Product Manager
  • The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders.
  • The ability to translate technical requirements into clear product specifications and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders is a must.
  • Facilitates dialogues that produce new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovation/enhancement, and analysis of consequences.
  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesised perspective to the scrum team.
  • Database knowledge – SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships
