Analyzer’s Principal Engineer

Due to the request of our Client, an extended company from the petrochemical industry with an established position on the market, we are looking for people in the position of Analyzer’s Principal Engineer.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instrumentation Engineer with a Master's degree in Automation and expertise in process analytics for the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will work independently on the preparation of instrumentation design principles, specifications, and overall analyzer hook-ups, while collaborating with a multicultural team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare instrumentation design principles for analysis based on analytical schedules, analyser’s process DS, and project Basis of Design.
  • Specify Primary and Secondary sampling systems, including sample transportation.
  • Prepare overall analyser hook-ups and Engineering DS for analysers.
  • Define requirements and specifications for Analyzer Houses.
  • Prepare and coordinate technical requisitions for Analyzer packages, manage the bidding process, and verify PO and Vendor drawings.
  • Verify project documentation for completeness and compliance with standards, branch and local regulations, and contract requirements.
  • Work on innovative analytical solutions in cooperation with R&D for new and challenging applications.
  • Online analyzers, In-situ analyzers, Process analyzers, Quality analyzers, SCS, pH/conductivity analyzers, Moisture analyzers, Dew point analyzers, IR analyzers, Paramagnetic analyzers, Gas chromatographs, Mass spectrography, Plasma analyzers, TCD analyzers, CEMS, and others.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in other languages (appreciated).
  • Confirmed computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Smart Plant 3D / Smart Plant Instrumentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Confirmed ability to work independently on the preparation of proposals and execution of projects for instrumentation for domestic and international projects.
  • Willingness to travel short distances.
  • Master's degree in Automation.
