Junior KYC Representative

Language: Fluent Polish and English (C1)
We are looking for enthusiastic Junior KYC Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in Polish and English (C1), we want to hear from you.

Position Details:
  • Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service
  • Language: Fluent Polish and English (C1)
  • Location: Anywhere in Poland (100% remote work)
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and verifications ️♂️
  • Review and verify customer documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and verifications
  • Assist in the identification and reporting of suspicious activities related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Up to 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (C1)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills ️
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) departments is a plus ️♂️
