We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Accounts Payable Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in German, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Experience: Up to 1 year in accounts payable or a related field
- Language: Fluent German
- Salary: 6000 – 7000 PLN gross
- Contract: Employment contract (umowa o pracę)
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial data
- Communicate with vendors and resolve any discrepancies ️
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ✅
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Proficiency in German
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
