For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Data Analyst


Location: Szczecin
Rate: 100-160 pln/h + VAT
Branch: Manufacturing
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term, first contract for at least 6 months
Start date: May/June
Remote work: 2 days remote per week
Methodology: Scrum


Main technologies: Power BI dashboards, Microsoft fabric, C#, Python, SQL, data modelling, database management, data integration, data modelling, data governance


Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into data models and visualizations.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous validation and testing.
  • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
  • Continuously explore new sources and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.


What we expect:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Data Analyst or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Data Modeling
  • 2-3 days a week at client location
  • Advanced knowledge of English in speech and writing
