Your new role

• Overseeing comprehensive machine learning and AI initiatives within an international company, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives.
• Creating and implementing advanced machine learning techniques and developing algorithms/models to derive insights from diverse data sources, enhancing business operations throughout the value chain.
• Supporting the creation and upkeep of data infrastructure and AI frameworks, aiding in the continuous enhancement of the Data Science & AI division.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years of practical industry experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, MLOps, or data science projects.
• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, bioinformatics); PhD is optional.
• Extensive and current expertise in both supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
• Up-to-date knowledge in large language models (LLMs), Generative AI, and agentic AI, including experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with popular machine learning libraries (e.g., sklearn, PyTorch/Keras/TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.).
• Knowledgeable about MLOps frameworks, machine learning model deployment formats, and cloud-based ML pipelines.
• Experienced with agile software development and professional software development practices, including tools for source control and project management such as MLflow, Git, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
