LiveChat Business Analyst.

Compensation: 110- 130 PLN/h net

Main Purpose of the Role:

The LiveChat Business Analyst will work within the Client Interactions domain under the Group Platforms LNR (Luxury New Retail) program. The role supports global product initiatives aimed at delivering tailored solutions for Maisons, Ambassadors, and end clients.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to gather and clarify business requirements across people, processes, data, and automation. You ensure clear, testable acceptance criteria are defined and fulfilled throughout the lifecycle of each user story.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Product Owner in product strategy through incremental improvements, designing business scenarios and use cases.
  • Analyse and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities, translating them into IT specifications to support cost/time/resource estimation.
  • Create user stories and test cases (SIT, UAT) and define acceptance criteria in close collaboration with developers and testers.
  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as demos, training sessions, backlog grooming, etc.
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset and foster a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous service improvement.
  • Work with the support team to ensure production stability and business continuity.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Prior experience with LiveChat or Chatbot platforms is a strong asset.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud, Salesforce Administrator, Superbadges).
  • Ability to translate CRM and marketing strategies into system/technology solutions.
  • Skilled in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (C1 level)
