Operations Finance Manager

We are looking for Operations Finance Manager to join our client in Warsaw and oversee finance and accounting processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the accounting teams across different regions
  • Create and implement efficient processes for the team's responsibilities
  • Engage in the integration of existing and new accounting systems and processes.
  • Execute key month-end close activities
  • Monitor audit schedules and collaborate directly with external auditors
  • Executing internal control activities and SOX Control

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with over 8 years of experience
  • Experience in people management
  • Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP
