Our client is an international company, a leader in the field of modern refrigeration and transport solutions, which offers innovative refrigeration systems for transport vehicles, supporting the global supply chain of fresh products.
Your new role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in business development through partners, sales channels, OEMs and direct customers. The position requires many years of experience and extensive knowledge of the automotive or related industry, analytical skills and exceptional sales skills. The selected candidate must be able to operate in an organisation, manage and cooperate with the subordinate sales team, and manage products and projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Maintaining extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competitors is critical. The Sales Manager will implement sales action plans in line with the company's strategy. Part of this role also includes developing and presenting strategic sales proposals. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, monitoring sales metrics, identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with field sales representatives, service team members and regional management. The Sales Manager will mentor sales colleagues and actively participate in sales and service meetings, workshops and seminars. This position is suitable for a person with many years of experience in sales management in the automotive or related industry, who has exceptional communication skills, as well as strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Very good work organisation, attention to detail, and fluent knowledge of English are required. A person applying for this position must be willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
