District Manager

We are looking for a District Manager for our client, an industry leader in brand protection programs.
In this position you will lead and develop a team, that varies in size and scope by market, of high performing associates who provide best-in-class, comprehensive on-site visits, and provide teaching and coaching to help our clients maintain the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage Brand Protection Advisors while ensuring the delivery of the teams weekly, monthly, and annual productivity, efficiency, and expense goals
  • Successfully hire, train and develop high performing Brand Protection Advisors
  • Ensure the team maintains a high level of client satisfaction and is meeting client deadlines
  • Provide ongoing calibration coaching to Brand Protection Advisors through face-to-face visits and coaching conversations
  • Conduct visits at client locations, to assess guest experience, brand standards, public health, food safety, product quality and workplace safety
  • Partner with other Company functions to solve client challenges and assist in new program rollouts
  • Engage with other divisions to grow the business and promote Circle the Customer approach by providing industry leading comprehensive solutions
  • Work with other Company functions to plan and implement training programs which drive field calibration and execution
  • Leverage business reporting to hold team accountable to defined metrics
  • Grow and retain the client base within your district through management and delivery of premier client service and sales initiatives
  • Create an environment that promotes and strengthens a diverse, inclusive and engaged culture
  • Perform work in a safe manner and drive a culture of safety and wellness

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Willing and able to travel overnight for business
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this opportunity
  • Willingness to complete operational assessments within nursing homes, assisted living, and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents while adhering to HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Be ready for multiple business travels
