Looking for an experienced VP of Operations
For one of our international clients, we are looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations (Manufacturing).
Your new company
You will be joining a global leader in manufacturing, known for our cutting-edge technology and commitment to excellence, operating in over 60 countries across the globe.
You will play a key role in:
- Strategic Leadership: Responsible for European business strategies (4 locations), oversee regional operations, and guide key transformation initiatives.
- Talent Development: Build and develop operational talent, including succession planning.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Optimize manufacturing footprint, enhance quality, and streamline supply chain processes.
- Financial Impact: Drive strong financial performance across facilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Executive Role: As a key leader, contribute to the European Leadership team.
What you'll need to succeed
- More than 10 years of experience in the manufacturing / medical devices industry
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading/supervising people
- Multi-team management experience
