For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Change & Communication Manager

Location: Warsaw (Remote)
Branch: Big Pharma
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: End of 2025 (at least), first contract for 3-12 months
Rate: 150 - 180 PLN/h + vat
Start date: ASAP
Remote work: 100%, (Warsaw hybrid preferred)
Methodology: Scrum


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CM strategy
  • Engage stakeholders
  • Develop and implement communication plan
  • Monitor progress issues
  • Develop strategies to address challenges
  • Risk management

What we expect from you:
  • 8+ years of experience in Change management
  • Identification of Medicinal Products
  • PROSCI certificate (or similar)
  • Knowledge of PM principles and tools
  • Analytical skills
