For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Lead SAP FICO Consultant

Location: remote / Poland
Branch: project in public sector
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 months
Rate: 160-185 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: flexible, between 8:00 and 18:00
Remote work: 100% remote

What will you do:
  • Implementation of SAP S/4 Hana
  • SAP FICO module Implementations or support/maintenance
  • requirements gathering/fit-gap, design/business blueprint and configuration/customization

What we expect from you:
  • Experience in conducting the entire project cycle (end-to-end) implementation for the following areas: financial accounting; fixed assets;
  • at least 5 years of experience in implementing the offered system (regardless of the version) in the area in which they are the Lead Consultant,
  • experience in implementing, as the Lead Consultant, at least one completed project (throughout its entire duration) consisting in implementing the offered integrated ERP class IT system (regardless of the version) covering at least 5 areas from among: financial accounting, budget accounting, management accounting, mass settlements, fixed assets, human resources, payroll, data warehouse.
  • end to end business process know-how
  • integration experience with other FI modules,
  • ability of analytical thinking, ability of knowledge extending and cooperating with the team
  • high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • high customer orientation and quality awareness
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • willing to skills development, engagement, determination in problem solving
  • Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)
