Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing activities in the Indirect category across the Ukrainian, Greek, and Serbian markets. This role focusses on sourcing activities, contract management, and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Procurement Sourcing Strategies.
  • Achieve savings targets and ensure process service delivery.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and preferred supplier performance.
  • Foster business intimacy and partnership.
  • Ensure alignment between procurement and other support functions (e.g., finance).
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes across the organisation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–4 years of extensive experience in sourcing strategic services in Indirect categories (Facility Management and Real Estate). (Implementing strategies, conducting bids, analysing and signing contracts, building strong strategic relationships with stakeholders (CRES))
  • Proven track record of working in international teams.
  • Proficient in English.

Your Future Tasks:
  • Provide sourcing activities in Indirect categories (Real Estate & Facility Management) for Ukraine, Serbia, and Greece.
  • Cooperate with the global procurement category for indirect-related services.
  • Lead bids (e.g., Sourcing RFPs and Client Bid supports).
  • Support onshore teams in sourcing activities.
  • Monitor operational supplier performance.
  • Drive compliance with global contracts and cost optimization through saving initiatives.
  • Manage contracts effectively.
  • Extend your existing knowledge and act as a subject-matter expert for the supported country and scope.
  • Understand and drive the adoption of procurement policies and processes.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional, and customer-focused service daily.
