For our client, one of the world leaders in the logistics and transport industry, we are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Analyst/PMO. The position combines project management, coordination of cross-functional cooperation and providing data-driven insights, reports and metrics to support effective marketing activities, improve customer profitability and build future commercial strategies.
You will be responsible for:
Developing a profound understanding of customer base in support of delivering more effective marketing activities
Delivering insight through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions
Being involved with customer strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups to improve customer profitability
Developing and managing reporting of KPI’s to provide metrics that are to be used to feed back into analysis and tools to influence future strategies
Developing a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process for configuring new pricing and rate services, ensuring efficient implementation and coordination across teams
Managing projects and coordinating all deployment activities work closely with cross-functional teams (including pricing, marketing, and IT) to ensure successful delivery and communication of new pricing logic and service changes
What you'll need to succeed
- Project management skills and experience in coordinating and leading cross-functional efforts, effectively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive commercial actions
- Expertise in Data Analysis Tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Databricks or Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze and present data.
- Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
- Very good planning and organisational skills
- Process thinking capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
