Corporate actions
Due to the development of our client, an international financial company with an established position on the market, we are looking for people for the position of Senior Corporate Actions Specialist:

  • Liaising with Portfolio Managers for elections and communicating them to custodian banks
  • Monitoring and processing all corporate action events on a daily basis
  • Calculating cash and holding positions, post cash and stock transactions
  • Ensuring that queries, exceptions and event reconciliation discrepancies are investigated and resolved
  • Working effectively with the team towards achieving business goals
  • Supervising the processes in the team, performing quality checks and controls

Expectations:
  • Experience of corporate actions management / operational experience
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Client service experience and a strong ability to interact with and support client requirements
  • Analytical and quantitative attitude
  • Adaptability to learn new tasks and willingness to understand the details of a process.
  • Flexible, independent, and precise working methods
  • Understanding of process flows: Ability to look at the overall process and explain it to others.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Offer:
  • Location: Kraków or Wrocław
  • B2B contract
  • Working hours: 9.00-17.00, once per 2 weeks: one day with working hours 12.00-20.00 (after onboarding and training)
  • Length of the contract: February to September 2025, with the possibility of extension
  • Important note: you have to have your own laptop and phone with a fingerprint reader
