is specialising in delivering a robust Digital Experience Platform (DXP) designed to help B2B businesses undergo digital transformation.We are currently looking an exceptional User Experience (UX) Designer to join our product design team.

Your new role

• Plan, design, and conduct UX research to understand requirements, evaluate concepts, and assess usability.
• Develop detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to convey design ideas.
• Collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, product managers, software engineers, and other team members to define design deliverables.
• Identify areas for improvement and devise creative solutions for the product.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback.
• Clearly articulate design choices and directions to various stakeholders.
• Champion the user’s needs within the organization.
• Employ a user-centered design approach in all projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a design-related field such as Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or a similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (coding not required).
• Ability to present both complex and simple design projects.
• A robust and varied portfolio showcasing expertise in both UX and UI design.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a consistent quality-checking process for work and deliverables.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to understand and simplify complex business topics.
• Strong visual and analytical skills, with the ability to view design from multiple perspectives.
• Familiarity with CMS, DXP, and web application software.
