• Drives / supports migration revenue transition in Europe at country level together with CPMO / central team / local team (incl. control tower)
• Supports regional PMO / CPMO’s in developing management information for local steercos
• Ensures aligned migration approach between countries
• Provides guidance to Country PMO’s where required
• Drives weekly European control tower to monitor structural issues that prevent customer migration;
• Monitors and acts upon structural or incidental issues with local cross functional project team
• Performs ad hoc / structural assessments on customer trading
• Drives the effective structural usage of the ACE designs and suggests improvements where required

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• 3-5 years of experience
• Fluent English
• High level cross functional process understanding
• Comfortable presenting analysis & results to varying audiences
• Excellent planning skills within set deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills (Excel and PowerBi nice to have)
• Preferably worked in an International work environment
• Led several complex projects impacting multiple functions (and / or countries)
