For our client, an international company, a leader in the category with a stable position on the market, we are looking for Business Development Manager for the CIS region.
Your new role:
BDM will be responsible for planning, direction and delivering commercial objectives and P&L for CIS Markets. Responsible for Business Development and should have the skills to open new areas while expanding current, keeping company’s objectives and vision in the front. Lead and partner with distributors across different markets, individual should apply and implement the company’s values, mission and vision.
What you'll need to succeed:
Experience in sales and business development, English, Russian (Polish is not mandatory), legally allowed to work in Poland (either residency or work permit), understand local dynamics and complexities in CIS is a strong asset.
