CS E-Commerce Specialist

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our electronic ordering processes. This position offers a versatile area of responsibility with long-term training and development opportunities. Your primary focus will be on improving the quality of electronic ordering, achieving perfect order fulfillment, and increasing touchless orders and invoicing. Collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including Customer Service teams and IT, will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives to enhance electronic ordering systems and processes to ensure a seamless customer experience and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze electronic order performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to achieve perfect order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service teams to address inquiries and issues related to electronic ordering, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Work closely with IT to facilitate system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure integration of e-commerce platforms with other business systems.
  • Develop and analyze metrics related to touchless orders and invoicing, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Train and support internal teams and customers on e-commerce operations, tools, and technologies, fostering best practices and encouraging adoption.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of user-friendly guides and documentation for the e-commerce platform.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business improvements.

Qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with online customer engagement best practices.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to achieving quality and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
