Finance Manager

Managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

For an international company with located in Kraków, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who is not afraid to take on new challenges and, thanks to his extensive knowledge, will help the company grow.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparation and analysis of periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) financial statements across all entities
  • Management of month end closing
  • Preparation of monthly KPI's and margin analysis
  • Coordination and preparation of annual statutory accounts
  • Preparation and submission of annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecasts
  • Overview of intercompany transactions
  • Supporting Transfer Pricing policy development
  • Preparation of internal reports for the Board and senior leadership team
  • Management of all accounting operations is involved in day to day finance department
  • Providing robust financial analysis to new business opportunities
  • Managing, developing and mentoring accountants and trainee accountants
  • Developing and risk assessing all controls and procedures
  • Driving improvements across all financial procedures and systems, encouraging efficiency savings
  • Overview of treasury function and cash management including cash flow monitoring and compliance in domestic and global currency payment processing
  • Managing audit requirement and preparation of information

We are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manager,
  • Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting or similar field of study,
  • Experience in implementing financial improvements,
  • Previous experience in a SSC / BPO will be a plus,
  • Excellent analytical skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team,
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook),
  • Fluency in English.
