• Manage the HR function as part of an HR partnership.
• Resolve complex legislative and employee relations issues.
• Attend management meetings.
• Communicate effectively with all departments of the company.
• Provide guidance to department leaders to improve working relationships and increase productivity and retention.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns.
• Work closely with the Health and Safety team.
• Promote a culture of continuous professional development.
• Identify training needs and support in organizing training sessions.
• Drive continuous operational improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to people management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business.
