Marketing Analyst/PMO

For our client, one of the world leaders in the logistics and transport industry, we are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Analyst/PMO. The position combines project management, coordination of cross-functional cooperation and providing data-driven insights, reports and metrics to support effective marketing activities, improve customer profitability and build future commercial strategies.


You will be responsible for:

  • Developing a profound understanding of customer base in support of delivering more effective marketing activities
  • Delivering insight through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions
  • Being involved with customer strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups to improve customer profitability
  • Developing and managing reporting of KPI’s to provide metrics that are to be used to feed back into analysis and tools to influence future strategies
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process for configuring new pricing and rate services, ensuring efficient implementation and coordination across teams
  • Managing projects and coordinating all deployment activities work closely with cross-functional teams (including pricing, marketing, and IT) to ensure successful delivery and communication of new pricing logic and service changes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Project management skills and experience in coordinating and leading cross-functional efforts, effectively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive commercial actions
  • Expertise in Data Analysis Tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Databricks or Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze and present data.
  • Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
  • Very good planning and organisational skills
  • Process thinking capabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
