For our Client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for Salesforce Consultant to join global transformation project.

Your new role

• Acting as the main contact for global business users (Europe & North America) for Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds support.
• Representing IT in Salesforce projects, including CRM migration, Field Service Management rollouts, and SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Analyzing Salesforce processes with business partners.
• Handling daily Salesforce operations and ticket resolution.
• Implementing system changes, including customization, testing, and documentation.
• Maintaining process and customization documentation.
• Creating specifications for new developments and interfaces.
• Coordinating external providers on Salesforce topics.
• Leading the Salesforce community and train global and local users.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years as a functional Salesforce consultant.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds processes.
• Proficient in force.com development (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning).
• Experience with Salesforce-SAP integration (API, RESTAPI, Webservices) is a plus.
• Strong Salesforce reporting skills.
• Basic SAP sales & service knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude.
• Open, international team player.
• Business-savvy and collaborative.
• Fluent in English.
