For our client, a global investment organisation headquartered in Stockholm, we are looking for a Workday Consultant. We are seeking a candidate with
Over 2 years of experience as a Workday Consultant with a good knowledge of Workday HCM.

The position is hybrid, based in Warsaw (at least 2 days in the office) under a B2B contract.
The start date is April 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, update, and maintain Workday business processes
• Provide day-to-day support by handling workday-related tickets
• Create and edit reports with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to improve system functionality
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolutions
• Stay updated on Workday best practices and system updates

Qualifications & Experience:

• Over 2 years of experience working with Workday
• Good knowledge of Workday HCM
• Experience in systems administration or relevant technical experience
• Workday certifications are a plus, but not required

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and presenting solutions
• Experience with other HR or ERP systems is a plus, but not require
