Warsaw is our newest home for global talent, innovation, and excellence. We’re building a team of world-class, subject-matter experts who will bring innovation and fresh perspectives to drive our Firm forward in an ever-changing industry.
We’re looking to expand existing teams, explore new asset classes, and develop new strategies as we enter new markets and geographies. To enable this growth, we are opening an office in Warsaw to access a pool of talent with a fast-growing reputation for excellence and efficiency that will help evolve our infrastructure and increase the capabilities of our teams.
Our Warsaw office will be home to many Investment Services functions, including Technology, Finance, Operations, and Data Science.
We plan to grow the office to about 150 employees by the end of 2021, and for it to become our largest office outside of the U.S. within two to three years.
