Project Scope include the management of all recruitment activities, external and internal recruitment, building employer branding strategy, organizing and conducting Assessment Centre sessions, building relations with hiring managers, and market mapping.

Challenge

High volume of recruitment with new waves due to migration of processes and, at the same time, replacements due to attrition. All recruitment processes were regarded as high priority and required working to very strict deadlines.
