For a global leader in the most challenging marine environments, providing services worldwide, we opened a new office in Poland. In the initial phase, the project involved filling 70 roles in HR and finance, Supply Chain, and IT infrastructure. The entire project encompassed filling over 100 positions.

Volume recruitment for highly specialized and managerial positions.
Solution
The project was executed by a dedicated Client Manager with an onsite Recruitment Partner supported by a sourcing team. Employer branding activities promoting the company's brand increased interest in the client's offers. Market research and market mapping support enabled targeted communication efforts and reaching the desired talent pool.
Result
Over a period of 3.5 months, we hired 56 candidates. After one and a half months, the new office was opened. Within a year, Hays filled approximately 150 vacancies.
