Background

For one of the world's leading providers of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, visible in more than 90 countries across the world, we provided an RPO transition project.

Solution

Hays, based on their professional experience, performed recruitment training for hiring managers to prepare them to run interviews effectively. During the project, the number of positions increased to 60. Hays quickly adapted to the increased workload by adding additional resources to support the whole project. Moreover, due to the effective cooperation within this project, Hays obtained vacancies to fill from other departments and filled 11 positions as a surplus to the project.

Result

In line with given timelines, we filled all positions within 10 months of cooperation, including demanding roles (German, Nordic, French languages) based on exclusive cooperation. The rest is still ongoing and will be recruited before the deadline. Hays allocated a dedicated recruitment partner who could quickly and efficiently manage clients’ requirements (including administrative tasks). All recruitment activities were monitored by the client manager and reported to the client (on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; in case of any difficulties, ad hoc calls were immediately organized).
