Background

For one of our clients, a facility management services company, we provided RPO services covering the recruitment processes for a confidential transition project.

Challenges

Recruitment started in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and candidates had doubts about the stability of the facilities management company. People, in general, were not willing to take the risk of a job change, especially for a company with such a profile. Another challenge was the fact that the project was confidential, so we had to process all the candidates under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Solution

Hays set up a tailored, dedicated team who supported the project remotely: 2 Senior Recruitment Partners (due to the seniority of the roles we were hiring for) and a Client Manager. Because of the seniority of the recruiters, the team was fully operational just after the project kick-off. We mainly supported the client with initial sourcing and interviews, as well as scheduling further recruitment stages, reference checks, and Employee Pulse Checks
